We appreciate and cherish your long-dated support on Comfort, hope we will continue to build a pleasant and permanent relationship.

Affected by COVID 19, whole world is facing shortage of material such as controller, battery steel, aluminum, paper pulp… plus with limited transportation carrier space, lead-time has to be set longer than ever.

Before pandemic, we can get material around 1 month, but we have to wait 4-6 months now, thus Comfort will have to prepare and purchase material, component much earlier than before accordingly.

In order to meet your market demand, we will suggest that you can:

1. Please place order as early as possible whose delivery will start from Aug

2. Tell forecast shortly from Aug till December,2021.

3. We will announce and adjust newest situation if any.

Hope epidemic will cool down and being well controlled shortly so that we will go back to normal life as before
